1. General

Stock availability is subject to change. We try to keep correct stock counts on our website, but there may be a stock disparity from time to time, and we may not be able to fulfil all of your orders at the time of purchase. In this case, we will ship the available products to you and contact you to determine whether you would like to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

During checkout, shipping charges are generated depending on the weight, size, and destination of the products in the order. The cost of shipping will be added to the purchase price.

This will be the final price for the customer's shipping costs.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

New medilife pharmacy will happily accept returns for change of mind as long as the request is made within 7 days of receiving the item and the item is returned to us in its original packing, unused, and in resalable condition.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs and will be asked to organize their own shipping.

Refunds will be granted and we will refund/change the product once returns have been received and accepted. We will send you an email once this has been finished.

(New medilife pharmacy) will refund the cost of the returned items but not the cost of any shipping charges.

3.2 Warranty Returns

If a legitimate warranty claim is made within 90 days after receiving the products, New Medilife Pharmacy will gratefully honour it.

Customers must pay for return postage up front, however we will reimburse you if your warranty claim is successful.

You can expect New medilife pharmacy to complete your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the items for return.

When your warranty claim is approved, you will have the option of:

(a) a refund to the payment method you used

(b) a store credit refund

c) receiving a replacement item (if stock is available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments typically take 2 to 7 days to arrive.

4.2 International Transit Time

We do not offer worldwide shipping; delivery is only available in the UAE.

4.3 Dispatch Time: 

Orders are normally shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.

Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours, with the exception of national holidays, when it is closed. We take steps to ensure that shipment delays are kept to a minimum in these situations.

4.4 Delivery Address Change

We can amend the delivery address for change of address requests at any time before the order is sent.

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock products before shipping the remaining items.

4.6 Time to Deliver Exceeded

Please inform us if the delivery time has exceeded the estimated time so that we can investigate.

5. Notifications Tracking

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transportation, please reject it from the courier and contact our customer support as soon as possible. If you were not present when the package was delivered, please contact customer service for instructions.

The price of the goods as listed on the website already includes sales tax.

9. In-transit parcel damage procedure

As soon as the courier has concluded their inquiry into the claim, we will arrange a refund or replacement.

9.1 In-transit parcel loss procedure

As soon as the carrier has completed an investigation and determined that the parcel is missing, we will execute a refund or replacement.
